Merry Christmas Super Mighty Max family!  I pray that you are celebrating with family and friends with love all around you.  Today is about celebrating Jesus Christ’s birth.  But I can’t help to think some What If’s. What if Jesus wasn’t born to take away our sins?  What if Mary conceived naturally and not by the holy spirit?  What if there were complications in his birth?

In Isaiah 9:6 it states,

For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

You see Jesus destiny was set for him when he was formed in his mother’s womb.  God already had plans for him to be called Wonder, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.  He was going to make sure that Jesus walked the earth living without sin.

How does this relate to us?  Because just like Jesus our Super, Mighty, and Blessed children destiny and purpose was set before they entered the world.  Although it can be overwhelming at times with all medical complexities, God already has plans for our kids.  We always have to ensure we are doing what we can do to make life normal, and trust that God did not make a mistake.

So on this Christmas morning remember Jesus was born to live a purposeful life just like our children with differences, delays, disabilities, and special needs.
